Boulder climbing has a maximum of about 5 m walls on soft ground. The climbing is suitable for all levels and no previous experience is necessary. The basic techniques are easy to learn and for a first timer progress is fast!

All you need is flexible sports equipment and a water bottle. You can borrow climbing shoes on site.

Location: Pori A356

Maintenance class to promote joint mobility, circulation and relaxation. The class consists of warm-up stretches, self-massage sessions with therapy balls and cooling stretches/relaxation. Suitable for all. Barefoot and lower limb skin contact with therapy balls is necessary for best results. Recommended clothing is shorts or tight leggings. Loose clothing is not suitable for the class. A water bottle and towel are also recommended
