Pori: Spring 2026 Calendar is here!

An impressive 17 hours of group fitness and over 20 hours of ball sports are available each week. All this is available to you for an affordable semester fee!

Our fantastic instructors guarantee safe, effective, and, of course, fun workouts. People of all fitness levels are welcome to join the classes and sessions.

This spring, we publishing separate Group fitness and Sport game Calendars to make it easier for you to find classes and sessions that interest you. The classes will be displayed in the app as before.

Rauma: Spring 2026 Calendar is here!

Rauma's Calendar is expanding! Due to demand, we have added more group fitness classes and sport games sessions. Our sports facilities have also been expanded, and some of the classes/shifts are now held in the sports hall at Normaalikoulu (=Norssi).

All this is available to you for an affordable semester fee!

December Schedule

Fall semester instructed classes and shifts has ended.

During Christmas break 15.12.2025–11.01.2026, the gym and badminton shifts are a great way to keep up your training routine.

You can easily find schedules through our app. Open Calendar and the Rauma/Pori tab. By clicking on the gym's info box, you can see the opening hours and number of visitors.

Please note that you will need your own badminton equipment during the Christmas break. Our office will be closed from 22.12.2025-5.1.2026 during which time we will not be replacing any broken badminton equipment.

MoWe Challenge overall patches!

The Challenge ends on Saturday, November 15! The overall badges have been ordered and should arrive next week. Keep your pass until then. You will receive your overall badges from your instructors as soon as they arrive. We will let you know as soon as the date is confirmed.

Make sure your name is written clearly to the pass so you can take part to the draw.

This fall, the MoWe Challenge encourages you to exercise and try new sports – collect stamps in your pass to earn overall badges.

Active breaks starting on Monday 3.11.025, every weekday at 10.00 throughout November

Want to start your day energetically, get your body moving, and take your mind off things for a moment?

Take a short active break and join the Active break led by first year physiotherapy students every weekday morning from 10:00 to 10:10.

The active break will be held live in the lobby of the SAMK Pori campus. You can also participate remotely via the CampusMoWe HILL room (link below).
