Apply to become a ball sports or swimming shift instructor
Ball sport shifts are open to everyone and are designed for casual play. The selection of sports includes floorball and basketball, among others.
Enthusiasm for exercise and sport is the most important thing. We hope that you have some previous experience in the sport e.g. recreational.
Ball sport instructor: you’ll ensure that the shift runs smoothly (equipment, participant enrolments, etc.). Your duties also include starting the games, while making sure that every participant gets a chance to play. You can play along with the group as usual. There is no need for coaching.
Swimming shift instructor (Rauma), you will ensure that the shift runs smoothly and check in participants. You must have good swimming skills and you can also swim during the shift yourself.
As a shift instructor, you will receive a MoWe Card for free use; no actual hourly wage is paid. Each shift has 2–3 shift instructors, so you will be responsible for approximately 5–7 shifts during the season. You are welcome to participate in the shifts throughout the season.
The aim of the sports shifts is to enjoy the game in a relaxed atmosphere! The sessions are open sessions, for players of all levels.
The shifts are held mainly in Campus sports facilities (Agorahall in Pori and Merimäki and Norssi Sports Hall in Rauma). Playing equipment is provided on behalf of CampusMoWe.
We are waiting for your application!
