Stair workout is here!

Stair workout is held every Tuesday at 18.00 in Pori forrest training stairs, starting from 29.3.2022.

If the weather is bad or stairs are frozen, workout is cancelled. We will inform you in good time in CampusMoWe app.

Stair workout is a good workout and you'll get also fresh air!

Meeting point is front of the outdoor swimming pool and we move together to the stairs.

This class includes warm-up, workout session and cooldown. Instructor gives you options so you can do the workout in your own level.
