There has been some violations of rules and untidiness at the gym. Remind your friend if you see that they forget to, for example return the equipment.

Reminder for Gym users

1. Returning the equipment will maintain the order, satisfaction and safety at the Gym. Weights that have been left to the floor will increase the risk of accidents.

2. Everyone with Gym Card are welcome to the gym. Please give others peace and space to focus on their training.

3. Do not drop the weights. SAMK gym's weights, floor or other equipment is not designed to be dropped. Thus, treat the equipment with respect.

4. Remember to enroll to the shifts. By enrolling to the shifts, the amount of users in the app shows the exact number of participants. Gym gets crowded if you have not enrolled and there are people who think there is space.

5. Note the bookings in the Gym. The gym has Staff only shifts on Tuesdays 16-17 and Thursdays 16-17.30. On Wednesdays there is an instructed shift where only the enrolled participants are welcome. By following the 4. rule you automatically follow this rule, as you can not enroll to the gym during bookings.
