Moving breaks offer you 10 minutes of free guided breaks with a changing theme throughout November.

Active breaks on weekdays at 10 starting from Mon 4.11.

Want to have a nice start for your mornings? Move your body, get the day going well and direct your thoughts elsewhere for a moment?

Take a short Active break and join in to break exercises instructed by physiotherapy students every weekday morning at 10:00-10:10.

You can join via CampusMoWe HILL or @campusmowe Instagram Live. You can join also in Pori campus lobby.

Mark the breaks to your calendar so you don't forget to join!If Active break is during the education or meeting, join all together.

Active breaks are implemented in co-operation with physiotherapy education and CampusMoWe.

Active breaks are instructed in Finnish and English.

When: Every weekday at 10 am, starting from 4.11.24
To whom: all students and staff members in all universities around Satakunta region. No enrollment and joining is free.​​​​​​​
