There are two reserved gym shifts for SAMK students and staff in Sataedu gym.
Tuesdays at 18:00-19:30
Thursdays at 17:00-18:30
Training instructions for beginners
It would be good to do gym training 1-2 times a week for full body workouts. We recommend to leave 2-3 days between training sessions to maximize recovery.
