Students' Mental Health Week - get a week of free exercise
Students' Mental Health Week will be celebrated next week, from 7 to 13 April 2025.
Exercise strengthens mental health and everyday functioning in a variety of ways. So we want to offer you a possibility to excersice one week free of charge :)
University sports services are there to make it easy and affordable.
Purchase a free Card and join us!
In our online shop you can find the Mental Wellbeing Week -card. The product is available by both students and staff.
Purchase the €0 card, after which you can
- enrol for classes and shifts
- use the gyms
- book badminton/pickleball courts
Download the CampusMoWe app, it's convenient to register using the app.
The app also acts as a door key to the Pori campus gym.

Free Online Yoga on Thursday, April 10th
Can’t make it to campus? No worries, join Online Yoga on Thursday, April 10th, from 4–5 PM.
Yoga is combination of mind and body exercises. This class improves your body strenght, flexibility and balance as well as your self awareness and mindfullness. You do not need previous yoga experience.
