Calendar changes for the rest of the season!
We have made small changes to the MoWe Calendar for the rest of the season based on customer feedback and sessions visitor numbers!
Thursday Stretching & Foamrolling will change to 30 minutes Body & Mind session (instead of 60 minutes)! The session is well suited for a restorative workout and you can now participate via Facebook Live wherever it suits you best! Read more about CampusMoWe's Facebook Live (link): CampusMoWe Live
Stair workouts continue on Mondays, as long as the weather allows! In frosty weather, the stairs can be slippery, and there is no winter maintenance on the stairs, which means that classes are not held then. You can see up-to-date information on Stair Trainings in the MoWe Calendar!
Tuesdays, the Outdoor circuit training will be cancelled due to the small number of participants.
SAMK students' gym shifts continue on the SAMK Pori campus on Mondays from 16.00 to 18.00 and on Wednesdays from 14.30 to 16.30. During the shift, you can come to do an independent exercise. Detailed info about the gym sessions is here (link): Gym sessions
Monday Outdoor Training will be removed from the Calendar due to the small number of participants.
Wednesday evenings gets extra sessions! Starting 4.11. from Wednesday evenings there are a variety of sport trials, stay tuned!
Swimming technique courses / sports trials coming in November! The program is on November 17 and 18 freestyle swimming courses and 2.12. breaststroke technique course. Please put your dates on the Calendar, more info coming soon!
Zumba continues on Thursdays at 19.00 and the class has changed to 45 mins! Class content has now also been simplified.
