Apply to be a CampusMoWe instructor!

Are you our new group fitness instructor?

Group fitness means, for example, leading Yoga or Strength training classes. The instructor’s tasks include planning and leading classes as agreed upon throughout the semester.

We expect our instructors to have a positive attitude, the ability to work with a diverse group of participants, and the ability to create an encouraging atmosphere in their classes.

It is important to us that our classes have a supportive atmosphere where every participant is equally valued, regardless of their background or experience. Everyone can exercise according to their own fitness level and abilities.

Experience of instructing is considered an advantage, but we also consider applications from new instructors. If you do not have earlier experience of instructing, we hope that you have experience participating in group fitness classes as a client.

We expect you to:

  • Have a desire to encourage and inspire others to exercise.
  • Understand the needs of different types of exercisers.
  • Be able to plan and lead engaging classes.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

We offer you:

  • An hourly payment based on your instructing experience and training (starting at 20,68€/class)
  • The opportunity to develop your coaching skills and gain work experience.
  • An inspiring and supportive community.
  • The opportunity to contribute to the development of university sports.

Fill out the application form below, and let’s talk more! The recruitment process includes an interview and a demo class.

You can also apply to be a group exercise instructor even if you are not a university student or staff member—in other words, you do not need to be affiliated with the university.
