If you have been planning for a long time to start yoga or to deepen your practice, this 4-part Yoga course is for you.

The course is for beginners as well as for those who have been practising Yoga for a longer period of time to enhance their own practice. In this course you will learn about the importance of good movement, breathing, mobility, balance and the basic principles of Yoga in general.

All 4 sessions are a continuum of each other, so you'll get a good foundation for both attending other yoga classes and for your own practice at home.

For the class you will need flexible clothing and a water bottle. The language of instruction is Finnish and English.

CampusMoWe will provide you with a yoga mat, a yoga block and a blanket. If you have your own yoga equipment, we recommend you bring it with you.
