Pori and Rauma: Employee search

We are looking for energetic and service-minded customer service employees to join our team in both Pori and Rauma! We are recruiting 2 employees for Pori and 1 for Rauma.

Through customer service, we want to strengthen service orientation, customer experience, and visibility on campuses.

Duration, hours and hourly rate

  • September–November 2025, approx. 3 hours/week. Total: 25 hours.

  • Working shifts are mainly in the evenings (Mon–Fri) with marketing/stand events typically at lunchtime.

  • Next term January–February 2026 (details to be agreed).


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service during classes/shifts in our sports facilities.

  • Marketing at event stands and managing customer info points.

  • Maintenance of sports equipment and facilities (e.g. badminton equipment, first aid supplies, gym equipment) and sports hall inventory organization.

  • Social media content creation: capturing and posting images and videos from classes.

  • Access right checks during, for example, Badminton shifts and Gym training.

  • Close cooperation with staff and instructors.


Requirements

  • Familiarity with CampusMoWe services and operations.

  • Positive and solution-oriented attitude in customer service.

  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Social media channels, especially Instagram skills

  • Fluent English; Finnish language skills are an advantage.

  • Previous experience working or instructing at CampusMoWe is a plus, but not required.
