Terms of Use / Terms of Service
The CampusMoWe Terms of Use come into effect when a person purchases access to services from the online store or registers for a free event. At the same time, the person gives permission for their personal data to be processed.

- CampusMoWe users needs to follow the guidelines issued by the employees of the sports facilities that CampusMoWe works with and other persons involved in the organisation of the activities, as well as the rules of the sports facilities.
CampusMoWe members must follow the terms and conditions of our cooperation partners and businesses.
- Some services and products have higher risk areas, such as play zones, swimming pools, steam rooms and saunas. Please read and follow all rules and signs that tell you what to do, especially in these areas. If you don’t understand something, please ask for help.
- CampusMoWe membership is personal, which can not be passed forward. The user may not allow other persons to enter the sports facilities with him/her, nor may he/she hand over any means of access to the service/space to another person.
- We can refuse entry to anyone, including members, if they act unreasonably or break the terms and conditions. We may also warn you that you risk having your membership cancelled. If you continue to behave in the same way, we may cancel your membership immediately. Once the ban has expired, the customer can purchase their right of use by paying for the services in accordance with the price list.
- CampusMoWe reserves the right to change or add to these membership terms and conditions, timetables, facilities and hours of operation. We will do our best to inform customers of any changes on time. All changes will be updated to the CampusMoWe -application.
- There is no right of exchange or refund for the purchased service. However, if the minimum number of participants for a course or training course is not met, the course may be cancelled by CampusMoWe and any course fees paid will be refunded.
- CampusMoWe membership do not include insurance, so you will need to make sure your own personal insurance covers the activities and programs you are attending on.
- Enrolment and participation in classes and sessions is possible when the person has a valid MoWe Card.
- You must enrol for all classes.
- Enrolment opens 48 hours before the start of the class/ shift.
- Enrolment must be canceled at least 3 hours before the start of the class/ shift.
- If the class is full, you can join the waiting list/queue. When someone cancels, the first person in the queue will automatically be admitted to the class and will receive an email notification.
- The queue closes 60 minutes before the start of the class.
- The place in the queue must be canceled if the person does not intend to attend the class, even if a place becomes available in the queue.
- If a person has been given a place in the queue for a class and has not attended the class, it will be counted as an un-canceled enrolment.
- If, during the season, it is found that a person has failed to attend five (5) booked classes without canceling their enrollment, the person may be banned from enrolling. After this, the enrollment ban will apply after each observed uncanceled class until the end of the season. Uncanceled enrollments will be reset at the end of the fall and spring semesters.
- You must arrive on time for all classes and shifts. If the class has already started, the instructor is not obliged to let latecomers in.
- Users may only reserve one (1) badminton/pickleball/game on shift per day.
- Shifts are reserved by enrolling in the shift.
- If a person reserves two or more shifts for the same day, CampusMoWe staff has the right to remove the extra reservations.
- A notification will be sent by email regarding any extra reservations.
- After two (2) email notifications, the user's access rights will be revoked for two weeks. Access and enrollment rights will be automatically restored after two week
- CampusMoWe reserves all rights to provide game equipment. If the equipment is repeatedly damaged, it may be removed from use.
- Each player is responsible for the proper use of the equipment.
- Each visit to the gym must be registered/stamped by pressing the "Open gym door" button.
- Registering your visit is important for your own safety!
- Registrations are also used to monitor the utilization rate of the gyms, which affects, among other things, the development of operations.
- CampusMoWe staff have the right to check the access rights of those in the gym.
- If a user without valid access rights (i.e., a MoWe Card) is found in the gym, the user is obliged to purchase the product from the online store at that moment.
- If a user has allowed a person without valid access rights to enter the gym, that person's access rights may be revoked for a specified period in accordance with the general rules of use.
- Gym users must present identification at the request of a CampusMoWe employee.
- Students are not allowed to use the gym during times reserved for staff. Staff have the right to remove persons who do not belong to the target group from the gym.
- The MoWe Card is purchased from the online shop and grants access to CampusMoWe services.
- All students and staff members of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, University Consortium of Pori, Faculty of Education, Department of Teacher Education Rauma and Diaconia University of Applied Sciences Pori are eliqible to use CampusMoWe services and products. To be able to access these services students and staff members needs to have valid -up to date University access code (HAKA-authentication).
- The right to purchase and use the services can be used as long as the university ID is in use and active. When your university ID expires, i.e., is no longer valid, your right to use and purchase the service will end.
We want to ensure a safe and distraction-free environment for all participants.
- Everyone can participate in CampusMoWe classes/shifts just as they are.
- No one's behaviour should cause harm to the safety or health of others.
- Please arrive on time. This way you will respect the other participants and the instructor.
- Please leave your phone aside during the class.
- During the class, you must always ask for a separate (verbal) permission from the persons visible in the pictures.
